Victorious rant

treasurelovecherishyourself:

I dislike how writers always make sure Victoria is the star of everything when Ariana and Liz are just as talented. They deserve to sing their own songs and perform too, not just back up singers for Victoria all the time. You look at the Victorious album and ALL the songs are sung by Tori. There was this duet between Jade and Cat, but everything else is Tori, Tori with this, Tori with that. No offense but I find it annoying. If I wanted Victoria, I would buy Victoria’s album, but when I watch the show Victorious or buy the album, I want to be able to hear all my favorite stars sing/shine… Not only Victoria Justice.

this is my brother two years ago. we were at the park, just me and him, and he turned to me and said “kayla, don’t you ever wish there were no bad people in the world?” i thought it to be a funny thing for a 5 year old to say, but shrugged it off. last year, he didnt come home from school, we thought that being only in grade prep, he might’ve decided to go home with his bestfriend without telling us, but he didn’t.  the school confirmed they saw him get on his school bus after the bell rang. but thats all we knew, the bus driver said that he had gotten off a stop early, my mother was frantically searching the neighbourhood for him. we never found him. it’s been two years and we’re still looking for him, he was such a beautiful boy, and i cant help but think the worst. he could be anywhere in the world by now, so please, reblog this, no matter where you’re from, you could save a life. xx

if you dont reblog this i have no respect for you. help save a child’s life.

this literally breaks my heart

Reblogging this is more important than worrying if it’s a scam or not. So do it.

This is my nephew Naeem. He is 6, and graduated Kindergarten today. This is him moments before his big ceremony. Truth is, he “isn’t” supposed to be here right now. Naeem was a premature birth, almost a whole month early. At first the doctors said he wasn’t going to live, that he was going to die. There was a point where he had so many tubes in him no one even recognized him. Then one day he pulled out one of the tubes in his head, and everyone freaked. My Aunt, or his mom, immediately called my grandma crying and yelling “Oh my gosh He pulled out one of his tubes!” And basically my grandma responded “Okay. Keep it out. Let’s see how he does.” And you know what? He was fine. He was able to breathe. Soon all the tubes disappeared. But the doctors were skeptical about his growth. They said “He may live, but he wont be able to walk. He wont be able to speak. He wont be able to learn.” He wouldnt be able to do alot of things basically. And my grandma did not believe a word that doctor said. Not one. And she was right too. I mean look at my nephew. He is standing, he is smiling. He learned how to count, how to spell his name, how to write. He graduated the Kindergarten. He is now a 1st grader. I mean recently when he visited me and my grandma, I played video games with him. He is “like a normal kid” because he is a normal kid. I couldn’t be any happier right now, and any more blessed with a nephew as great and spectacular as him. I love him :)
